Ina has been an executive recruiter conducting retained search assignments for seventeen years. The past ten years, she has been running her own search firm. Ina has more than thirty years in the health care industry.

Ina specializes in clinical and regulatory recruitment for large and small pharmaceutical and biotech companies. She is also experienced in research and development and manages a full range of senior executive searches in these areas. Dedication and commitment to her clients have continuously resulted in the closure of 16 searches per year (on average). In almost every case, she has been asked to return to build a complete team.

Ms. Bauman is a registered nurse with fifteen years of diverse experience, including five years of critical care. She has worked in numerous clinical and administrative settings. She maintains an active California nursing license and volunteers her services to a number of community organizations.

Personal attention and service to each assignment, combined with high energy and enthusiasm account for the best closure rate in her areas of expertise.

Ms. Grande is a retained search consultant. Prior to starting her career in search, she spent over seven years in pharmaceutical sales with Parke-Davis/Pfizer and AstraZeneca, LP; and more than twelve years in the health care industry. She was a hospital sales specialist for AstraZeneca calling on world-class academic medical centers such as Stanford University Medical Center and UCSF.

She helped launch Lipitor, Rezulin, FemHRT, Celexa, Crestor, and Nexium.

Ms. Grande specializes in clinical and regulatory recruitment for large and small pharmaceutical, and biotech companies. She is also experienced in sales and marketing and manages a full range of senior executive searches in these areas.

Ms Grande is a Clinical Social Worker with six years of experience in Oncology. She worked in numerous clinical settings.

Ms. Grande received her Bachelor degree and Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.

Ms. Stokes is the Office Manager for the Bauman Group, and has held that position for over ten years. She is responsible for all administrative and financial functions for the Company and is an integral part of the full service provided to the clients of The Bauman Group.

Prior to working at The Bauman Group, she was with Levin, Storm & Co., a retained executive search firm located in Menlo Park, California. Ms. Stokes was an Executive Assistant to one of the partners at Levin, Storm as well as Executive Assistant to one of the senior retained recruiters.

Ms. Stokes attended the University of Georgia where she pursued studies in Business Administration.
