THE COMPANY

A clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing a new class of targeted therapurtics for cancer.

THE POSITION

The CMO will be a critical part of The Company's strategic direction, member of the executive team and report to the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS

• M.D. degree, or M.D.,Ph.D. with board certification/specialization in Oncology.
• At least 10-12 years of relevant drug development
• Contribute to product portfolio strategy
• Leverage scientific advisory and clinical advisory boards
• Proven clinical development strategist with experience designing, implementing and conducting clinical trials,
• Understanding of regulatory and other ethical guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Provide supervision and training for project teams.
• Provide medical surveillance on Serious Adverse Events including after hour emergencies if needed.
• Assist with strategy of new scientific developments, competitor products abd research in oncology therapies.
• Ability to multi-task while working within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail and team oriented with excellent cross-functional team leadership and participation skills.
