How We Work

1. Position Specification and Research: The Bauman Group will help define the position to be filled and to compose it into a job specification. Immediately upon acceptance of the specification, The Bauman Group will begin to identify candidates for the position via the research function. We shall search the professional network; professional associations; client contacts; and other sources available to The Bauman Group.

2. Recruiting: In performing the recruiting function, The Bauman Group shall contact potential candidates who appear to be appropriate for the position and will proceed to obtain complete information from the candidate, including a resume/curriculum vitae.

3. Evaluation/Recruiter’s Interview: The individual candidates who appear to be most appropriate for the position shall be evaluated and interviewed by The Bauman Group. Upon completion of this preliminary evaluation process, The Bauman Group shall provide a resume/curriculum vitae for each finalist to our client.

4. Company Interview/Negotiation/Consulting: The Bauman Group will set up and coordinate all interviews between the candidate finalists and our client. The Bauman Group will also provide consultant services related to the interview process and the actual hiring of the candidate. Those services shall include interview feedback, assistance to the candidate on behalf of our client in matters regarding relocation, spousal career counseling, and other related forms of assistance to both our client and candidate in order to ensure that the transition and hiring process take place in an orderly manner. The Bauman Group prides itself on maintaining long term relationships with both candidates and the client.
